Is Lee Seunggi going to make a comeback?

A photo of the top star, Lee Seunggi, in a recording studio was recently revealed, and many of his fans are interested in whether he will be releasing an album soon.

Lee Seunggi planned on filming a new drama but it was canceled, leaving the fans disappointed. Because of that, many fans have concluded that he will be releasing an album in order to make up for that.

The picture was uploaded on the 11th on a community portal site which contains a picture of Lee Seunggi in a comfortable outfit with a headphone.

It's been a while since the fans have seen Lee Seunggi in front of a mic, and after seeing this photo, some fans said, "After seeing Lee Seunggi in front of a mic with a serious expression, I'm excited to see what kind of sweet song is going to be made," and "He deserves the title, 'Korea's Star,' because he's always working hard."

But, this picture shows Lee Seunggi practicing his singing skills for a wedding at a commercial event.

Lee Seunggi commented about this by saying, "I'm more nervous now than I was when I was a rookie because I'm singing for a couple who's starting their 2nd life. I've been practicing the song, 'Will You Marry Me' whenever I can because of the event, and it's a song that I want to sing to my future wife."

Super Junior's Super Show 3 in Taiwan brings in $2.8 million USD

Starting on March 11th, Super Junior (including members from SJ-M), along with two members from the Trax, will hold three Super Show 3 concerts in the Taipei Arena. The profit generated from the concerts was 84,000,000 TWD (approximately 2,800,000 USD). Female fans, along with some male fans, supported their idols with their all. For this trip, they brought two 40-foot containers to Taiwan, holding approximately 200 tons worth of stage equipment.

Several days ago, at Super Junior's concert in Shanghai, Heechul was hit in the face by a fan's placard. This caused an injury near his left eye. Last night at the concert in Taipei, he wore a mask to sing Sorry Sorry with the members for the concert opening. Due to the fact that his injury was not fully healed, it could not be covered with make up. Thus, his cross-dressing show was canceled.

Last night, Super Junior wore 7 different outfits and sang over 35 songs. The song list contained Chinese songs especially for the Taiwanese fans: Lee Teuk sang "Kiss Goodbye", Ryeowook chose "One Fine Spring Day", Kyuhyun picked "New Endless Love", Zhou Mi sang "Miss Chic". The members also used Chinese to greet the fans. Siwon said, "I'm very happy to see everyone." Eunhyuk playfully told the fans to call him. Donghae commanded the fans to be quiet, and told them that tonight, they were all his dream lovers, coming into his dream. Shindong comically sang the Mother song.

Fans exposed that during the rehearsal, when they sang "No Other", Kyuhyun went to the wrong place and was playfully chased around by Yesung.

Idol activities after Japanese earthquake

Dara has reportedly returned safely to Korea. Bom, Dara, and Minzy will be taking a later flight back. The "Playful Kiss" event scheduled to be held on the 13th in Japan has been canceled, in addition to Kim Hyunjoong's trip to Japan. A meeting was held in the morning by the organizer of the event, during which, it was stated that they had to take into consideration the safety of Kim Hyunjoong, the cast, and of the fans.

Due to the recent 8.9 earthquake in Japan, fans have raised concerns for the safety of the idols who had been in Japan.

C-Jes has reported that JYJ's Junsu, who arrived in Japan on the 8th, is safe and awaits a return flight to Korea at the Japan airport. Due to the closure of both Narita and Haneda airport, the two main international airports in Japan, it was unsure whether Junsu would make it back in time to Korea for JYJ's first official fan meeting.

However, despite an initial announcement that the fan meeting might be canceled, C-Jes has revealed that Junsu was able to book a flight and the fan meeting will proceed as planned without any delays or disruption.

To the fans who are participating in the fan meeting:

The JYJ fan meeting will take place on March 12th at 3PM without any disruptions.

Kim Junsu will board a plane tonight, will return to Korea, and take a rest. He will participate in the fan meeting tomorrow. We discussed this with Junsu and decided that the fan meeting will take place as planned.

With regards to the onsite ticket sales we announced at around 6 initially, because the cancellation of the tickets did not take place today, we have decided not to sell JYJ fan meeting tickets onsite tomorrow.

Thank you.

In other news, actor Kim Jung Hoon's fan meeting was scheduled for March 14th at the Saitama Super Arena. The fan meet had an expected attendance of 15,000 fans. But due to the recent natural disaster, the fan meet has been postponed. One of his representative in Japan commented, "Kim Jung Hoon was in a building at the time of the earthquake, and the building started to shake uncontrollably. Pots and such were breaking left to right, however, thankfully no one was injured."

2NE1 also arrived in Japan the other day and was set to perform their debut stage on Music Station. However, due to the earthquake, their stage has been canceled and their promotions postponed. A YG representative stated that the local staff was not able to call and had the company concerned due to the state of poor communication currently being experienced in Japan.

The group was set to return to Korea on the 12th, but due to the closure of the airports might not able to to do so. YG said that they will continue to monitor the situation. In regards to 2NE1's well-being, the representative stated, "2NE1 was staying in one of the well-designed buildings in Japan, but because of the strength of the earthquake, the walls cracked. Unfortunately, 2NE1 cannot showcase their debut performance, but they are safe and without harm, so it’s a relief.”

Are you glad to hear that they are all safe and sound despite of the disruption in some of their activities?
